A teambuilding activity that fits well after dinner using a specially constructed stage with spotlights and with a beer or glass of wine in your hand! It is a great deal of fun, and has good training outcomes.

The task is to create a puppet show/sketch using a huge assortment of handicraft resources. The teams have to manufacture the puppets, create and write the script, produce and practice the performance all within the time allocated. Each team’s show lasting 3-5 minutes are put on with invited guests and the other teams as the audience.

It is extremely entertaining and can be themed to review the day or complement the conference theme such as … A day in the life of (someone in the team, company), Any content or experiences from the Conference. Etc.

Outcomes Include the need for lateral and creative thinking; problem solving, team work, stretching our normal comfort zones; humour, delegation, co-operation and planning!
