All the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hazard identification, risk management and safety lectures in the world will not make any difference if the staff do not co-operate! Our programs increase this co-operation and awareness of its importance
This translates into looking out for each other. Making it unacceptable to allow fellow team members to by-pass SOPs or work in an unsafe manner. Team members will be more willing to keep each other working in a safe manner and therefore feel comfortable telling another team member to do ‘The right thing” if they are not.

We run a series of activities that are engaging and fun that builds
the team’s awareness towards working in a safety culture in an effective team environment.
We keep the whole process on the fun side of things, to engage and motivate your participants. Team spirit and cohesion develops as the team gains confidence through debriefing, discussion and evaluation.
