This popular recreation and adventure activity is used as a team building activity by itself or as part of search and retrieval scenario themed to the outcomes of the program.

Outdoor Insights uses Morton National Park, where we have access to a
fire trail that descents the valley wall through rain forest and superb
bushland. The trail is about nine kilometres and starts off flat, so
people can get their bike legs before moving into the more challenging
descent with only a small uphill section.
The journey winds down from the escarpment through sweeps and bends, over a couple of usually dry creeks to finish down a steep adrenaline-inducing ride onto the floor of the valley!

Bikes and all safety equipment are provided including gloves, glasses, helmets plus daypacks for raincoats and your camera.
