Our Team Leadership Programs provide plenty of opportunity for participants to practice team leadership, get feedback and gain real experience, which can be applied back in the workplace.

We blend indoor theory sessions with outdoor experiential activities, and where appropriate include challenging adventure activities and use the wilderness environment- see Wilderness Programs.
